"Humanities were the most brilliant years of my life."

Distinguished delegates,

Dear esteemed teachers,

Dear parents and all students!

First of all, allow me to extend my best wishes for good health and my most respectful greetings to all distinguished guests, teachers, parents, and graduating students!

My name is Tran Tung Ngoc, a student of the K59 class of Oriental Studies. Today, I am very happy and honored to represent the 668 graduating students and deliver a speech at this solemn graduation ceremony.

Dear teachers and classmates!

Time has flown by so quickly, and our journey as students has come to an end. For the past four years, my youth, like that of all my classmates, has been intertwined with this school. All the joys, sorrows, and most beautiful memories of the K59 cohort are connected to the image of our school whenever we recall them. We, the K59 cohort, are happy and proud to be the first to use the new student ID card design, to be issued ID card lanyards, to receive school badges in our early days as students, to be the first to go on a vacation together at Hola Resort, and to be the first cohort to witness the series of events celebrating the school's 70th anniversary.

For us, the Faculty of Humanities represents the most brilliant years of our lives. There, we witnessed the stress that "only students understand" during exam seasons, the years spent diligently searching for materials and befriending the library, the time spent participating in and dedicating our youthful energy to student union activities, and the enduring bonds of friendship and camaraderie between teachers and students, still reflected in every ray of sunshine on the campus.

This school has given us many opportunities to access vast knowledge, allowing each student to spread their wings and gather the most essential things to equip them for their future careers and lives.

Today, holding our bachelor's degrees in our hands, we will officially step into the vast world of society, facing numerous difficulties and challenges. And after we leave this hall, we will officially become alumni. But, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities will always remain in our hearts with the most sacred feelings. And we believe that in the future, when we return to visit the University, we will be successful individuals, a source of pride for the tradition of building and developing the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

On this solemn occasion, I would also like to express, on behalf of all the graduating students, our most sincere gratitude to our teachers for their constant care and support throughout the past period, which enabled us to study, train, and conduct scientific research to the best of our abilities.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to our families, parents, and loved ones who have always been by our side, providing both material and emotional support to help us fulfill our dreams and be here today. Thank you to all our friends and classmates who have shared the most beautiful years of our youth with us at this school.

We, the students of Class K59, have completed our mission here. We will continue to pass on our love, aspirations, and unfulfilled plans to future generations of students. We wish the students of the following classes continued success in their studies and training, achieving even greater accomplishments to further enrich the traditions of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Before concluding my remarks, I would like to wish all distinguished guests and faculty members good health. I wish our university continued strong development, worthy of being a leading research and training center in social sciences and humanities in the country. We promise that wherever we go, whatever work we do, we will always carry the image of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with us, and we will forever cherish the memories of USSH in our hearts.

We wish all the new graduates much success in their careers.

Goodbye USSH, the glorious years of youth!

See you again soon!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
