The conference attracted the attention of many scientists from many universities and research institutes in the country. More than 40 papers of researchers were presented at the scientific conference.
The workshop was divided into four sessions, covering many aspects of Karl Marx's philosophy and Vietnam, from history to present-day life.
The topics of particular interest to delegates were: The economic thinking of Karl Marx and its imprint on modern society; Karl Marx's economic theory on the capitalist mode of production in "Capital" and its current significance; the problem of Hegel's "alienation" through Karl Marx's assessment in the manuscript "Economics - Philosophy" in 1844; The general thoughts of Karl Marx and Engels on man, society, and the state; the thoughts of Marxist-Leninist classics on economics, production, science, and technology.

The discussion session with the theme of C.Marx through his works was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trong Chuan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thuy Van.
Discussion content: C.Marx and theoretical and practical issues in Vietnam received special attention from researchers. Reports at the Workshop in this content area mentioned many theoretical and practical issues such as: the current state of research on C.Marx's legacy in Vietnam; C.Marx's historical materialist concept and the issue of building a development model in Vietnam today; applying the law of production relations in accordance with the development level of productive forces of Marxism-Leninism in the cause of building socialism in our country today...
