Monday - October 16, 2017 10:48 AM
On October 6th, 2017, as students, besides studying, participating in extracurricular activities, social activities, or working part-time, everyone surely has at least one hobby to pursue. With that in mind, MTC's 7th meeting took place with the theme "Your Hobbies," and all participants were encouraged to bring items related to their hobbies to share with others.

To begin, Hai Dang, a history student, enthusiastically shared his passion for playing Rubik's Cube. During the conversation, he demonstrated his skill in solving the cube, much to the admiration of the MTC members. Next, Tat Thanh, a training specialist and former history student, introduced his valuable and meticulously curated collection of Marvel superhero figures. The large-scale, exquisitely crafted models of familiar Avengers characters like Captain America, Black Widow, and Scarlett Witch drew widespread admiration from the MTC members.

Khánh Linh, from the Sociology department, introduced her passion for cinema and shared her favorite films that she believes everyone should see at least once in their lifetime. Seth, a student from Thailand, is a travel enthusiast who has visited many countries in the region and around the world. In each country, he aims to learn about its culture, history, and language; and at MTC discussion session number 7, he shared his interesting and unforgettable experiences from his travels. Quang Huy, also a Sociology student, has a passion for photography. He shared that from simply taking pictures to preserve moments and memories, he gradually found his passion in capturing and editing high-artistic photographs…

Following this meeting, by sharing their personal interests, students from many countries had the opportunity to learn more about their peers, thereby becoming closer and strengthening their friendships.
