More than 40 reports addressed two major contents: general theoretical issues on ethics and social ethics and current social ethics: practice and solutions.

Besides, some research reports on Ho Chi Minh's ethical thought in relation to traditional and modern ethical thought.
In the second content, opinions focused on discussing the current ethical practices of our country. Most of the reports pointed out the manifestations of social moral degradation in the context of market economic development and integration; the serious impact of those manifestations on social and human development in different fields; proposed solutions to contribute to preserving, promoting and creating new ethical values in the context of our country's development.
