The majority of students' opinions were questions related to training issues. Students raised many difficulties when they first had to adapt to the program as well as the way of organizing and managing credit-based training.

In response to this group of questions, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Kim Son said: Credit-based training is a new form of training, both students and the School are in the process of gradually converting to a new model of teaching and learning, so it is inevitable that there will be confusion in the stages of management and organization of teaching and learning. Difficulties will gradually be overcome, but to do that, students need to make efforts, be proactive in studying, especially closely follow the School's announcements to make timely decisions on choosing and registering for courses. For issues related to training regulations, students need to refer to the School's website anduniversity training portal.

In addition, some students directly raised concerns related to the foreign language output standards for high-quality graduates in comparison with the quality of foreign language teaching and learning; some asked whether the quality of training would increase along with the increase in tuition fees?... Some other opinions suggested increasing the internship time for students; suggested that the School have more forms of support for students in registering for courses; speed up the progress of resolving work related to students...

Regarding politics and student affairs, most of the questions focused on scholarship procedures, tuition exemptions, student ID cards, borrowing transcripts and diplomas... Some opinions suggested increasing student reception time during the week and reducing unnecessary administrative procedures.

Regarding the administrative and management work of the School, students reported a lack of equipment in some classrooms, unclean student toilets, and sometimes inappropriate attitudes of staff... Students also suggested opening lecture halls at noon so that students can rest between morning and afternoon classes, and deploying a wireless Internet network to serve students' studies...

Regarding Party and union work, many students said that the work of admitting students to the Party is slow and the number of students is small; the Union and Association do not really have many exchange activities as well as large programs to attract the attention and meet the needs of students...

Some other major areas of the University that many students are interested in are scientific research, postgraduate training and international relations. Regarding postgraduate training, students focus on asking about transfer procedures, foreign language proficiency standards for graduate entrance exams...

Regarding scientific research, there are suggestions that schools should take measures to help increase students' awareness of the significance of student scientific research activities, and distinguish the differences in meaning, purpose, and process between doing scientific topics, writing yearbooks, and graduation theses.

Regarding international relations, a question that attracted the attention of delegates was the opinion of students asking about the school's major policies and guidelines in the issue of educational cooperation and linkage with foreign partners.

All questions from students were directly answered by representatives of the functional units. Some suggestions were further studied by the School to find appropriate solutions.

At the end of the dialogue, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son - representative of the Presidium also suggested that students should pay more attention to studying the training regulations at all levels to be more proactive in their work, avoiding unnecessary questions. At the same time, Associate Professor. Vice Principal also encouraged students to continue to exchange opinions, discuss and give feedback to the Board of Directors, thereby actively contributing to the activities of the School in the coming time.
