Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of the Cao Bang Provincial Border Guard Command were representatives of the Command's leadership and leaders of border guard posts in the province; on the side of the Hanoi National University Youth Union, there was the presence of the Secretary of the Hanoi National University Youth Union and leaders of the school/faculty youth unions under the Hanoi National University Youth Union.
The delegation from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a member of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, attended the ceremony and was honored to sign a cooperation agreement with the Coc Pang Border Guard Post. The Coc Pang Post is one of the most challenging border guard posts in Cao Bang province, responsible for the border areas of Coc Pang and Duc Hanh communes. It manages over 23 km of border, encompassing 70 border markers, in a mountainous terrain with steep slopes, making travel extremely difficult. The majority of the population around the post are ethnic minorities, resulting in low levels of education, a high percentage of impoverished households, inadequate healthcare and education, and numerous difficulties and limitations in the activities of Party organizations, mass organizations, and local authorities at the village level.

Sympathizing with the difficulties faced by the soldiers, border guards, and local people, Comrade Tran Bach Hieu – Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – shared with representatives of the Coc Pang Border Guard Station:For many years, the youth of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have been actively involved in volunteer activities in mountainous and border areas, attracting a large number of participants. In the coming time, the university's youth will continue to uphold these traditions and actively cooperate with officers and youth of the Coc Pang Border Guard Post to help ethnic minority people gradually overcome poverty, improve their political awareness, and stabilize their lives."
It can be affirmed that the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Coc Pang Border Guard Station will be an important foundation for the subsequent activities of the youth of the two units.
At the conclusion of the cooperation signing ceremony, the two units took a commemorative photo together to demonstrate solidarity and promise practical and meaningful activities to be carried out in the future.
