Participate in the Youth Innovation and Integration Conference between National Universities and Regional Universities

Since 2012, the Conference of Youth Union - Student Association of National Universities and Regional Universities was established and became an annual activity. This activity is organized with the desire to enhance exchanges, create close connections between Youth Union - Student Association of National Universities and Regional Universities, to share experiences and support each other in the process of organizing and implementing youth - student movements, at the same time exchanging practical experiences, learning good models, useful solutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of activities to support students in studying, scientific research and international integration on the basis of promoting the strengths of interdisciplinary universities.

The 4th Conference with the theme “Creativity – Integration” was hosted by the Youth Union – Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City National University with the participation of 5 members of the Conference: Youth Union – Student Association of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Thai Nguyen University, Hue University and Da Nang University, and 2 guests: Youth Union – Student Association of Can Tho University and Tay Nguyen University.

At this conference, delegates exchanged and shared experiences, good models, new ways of doing things, useful and creative solutions in the implementation of the Youth Union and youth movements. The contents mentioned were: supporting union members and students in studying, scientific research, establishing themselves, starting a business and improving their employability after graduation; at the same time, exchanging practical experiences on the integration of youth and students in the ASEAN community, international exchange activities, cultural exchange activities, volunteering with other countries and with other units at home and abroad; equipping students with necessary knowledge and skills in the process of Vietnam participating in the ASEAN community.

Mr. Tran Bach Hieu (Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) represented the Youth Union - Student Association of Vietnam National University, Hanoi to present a paper at the Conference on the creative and integrated activities of our school's youth in recent times.

The conference issued a joint statement based on the presentations, speeches and discussions of the delegates attending the conference. The determination and consensus of the delegates at the conference promised new successes in the work of the Youth Union - Association and the youth - student movement of the youth of the National Universities and Regional Universities. At the end of the conference, the Youth Union - Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City National University handed over the right to organize the 5th Conference to the Youth Union - Student Association of Thai Nguyen University in 2016.
