Degrees were awarded to 389 new master's graduates.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Vice Rector of the University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Quyet (Head of the Postgraduate Training Department), along with representatives from the leadership of functional departments, faculties, and affiliated departments.

I hope that the knowledge gained at the university will help you succeed in your work and make further contributions to society and the community. Student Nguyen Thi Hong Nga (majoring in Journalism), representing the new master's graduates, expressed sincere gratitude to the school's leadership and teachers for their teaching, guidance, and support in helping the students complete the course.
