Its functions include providing Chinese language training programs, organizing Taiwan education exhibitions, promoting and advising on studying in Taiwan, organizing the TOCFL (Total Chinese Proficiency Test), conducting thematic seminars, Vietnamese-Taiwanese language and culture activities, and acting as a liaison between universities and Taiwan, seeking Taiwanese government scholarships to create study abroad opportunities for Vietnamese students.

The two sides took a commemorative photo after the working session.
Dr. Hsu Kui-Oanh stated that Wenzao University of Foreign Studies highly values the cooperative relationship between the two universities and agrees with proposals to further expand cooperation in the future.
