In accordance with Official Letter No. 989/ĐHQGHN_KHCN dated March 20, 2012, from the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the proposal for a research capacity building project in 2013, the School hereby announces this information to request relevant units to be aware of and implement the project. Proposals should be sent to tranvanla04@yahoo.com and the Research Management Department before April 17, 2014, for the School to compile and submit to the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
