Pursuant to Official Letter No. 989/ĐQGHN_KHCN dated March 20, 2012 of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on the proposal for the project to enhance research capacity in 2013, the University hereby informs and requests interested units to know and implement. The proposal document should be sent to tranvanla04@yahoo.com and the Department of Scientific Research Management before April 17, 2014 for the University to synthesize and submit to Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
