Pursuant to Official Letter No. 989/ĐHQGHN_KHCN dated March 20, 2012 of Hanoi National University on the proposal for the project to enhance research capacity in 2013, the University hereby informs and requests interested units to know and implement. The proposal document should be sent to the address tranvanla04@yahoo.com and the Department of Scientific Research Management before April 17, 2014 for the University to synthesize and submit to Hanoi National University.
