Next, students from the Graduate School of Global Studies, Tama University gave presentations on the topics of Fujisawa City, Fujisawa's role in preparing for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, famous scenic spots in Japan, and the most popular outdoor activity in Fujisawa: cruise ships. As a co-host of the 2020 Summer Olympics, Fujisawa City faces a number of difficulties such as local-international cultural differences, traffic problems, climate differences, and difficulties in mobilizing volunteers. However, Fujisawa also proposed useful solutions to overcome these difficulties, such as upgrading urban infrastructure, planting more trees, enhancing communication with foreign tourists, and creating benefits for volunteers.
