Humanitarian Youth and the volunteer journey to Ha Giang

Youth of Humanities is always aware of its mission as those who "spread human values" as the message of the "Flame of 20" Club - a club under the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, an address that always accompanies the "Forever 20" Fund on volunteer trips to all parts of the country. And in the last days of August, to extend the path of bringing love to distant lands, outstanding students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities accompanied the Fund on the trip "Returning to Ha Giang - the frontier of the Fatherland". The trip had the participation of Lieutenant General Doan Sinh Huong (Hero of the Armed Forces, former Commander of Military Region 4, Chairman of the Fund), Ms. Tran Hong Dung (Permanent Vice Chairman of the Fund), Mr. Truong Cong Dao (Deputy Director of the Fund), Dr. Tran Bach Hieu (Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Deputy Director of the Fund) with veterans, relatives of martyrs, press and television reporters.

The students, together with representatives of the “Forever 20” fund, burned incense in memory of the heroic martyrs at Vi Xuyen cemetery, visited veterans and families in difficult circumstances in Sa Phin commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province and participated in the flag-raising ceremony at Lung Cu flagpole.

Dr. Tran Bach Hieu said: Through the trip, Humanities students have clearly demonstrated their abilities and qualities, worthy of being enthusiastic companions of the “Forever 20” Fund on every journey. You will be the ones to follow the previous generation to chart new paths to bring the “Forever 20” Fund to every corner of the country.
