The "Chinese Language Camp" aims to promote interaction and exchange between Chinese students and students from ASEAN countries, as well as to introduce and deepen students' interest in the Chinese language and culture.
During this exciting exchange program, the students had the opportunity to visit several famous landmarks in Nanning, such as the Confucius Temple, the Guangxi Ethnic Museum, and the Yiling Caves. They also participated in experiential classes on Chinese language and culture, including calligraphy, paper cutting, mask making, and learning about the wedding customs of the Zhuang ethnic group. Students from various countries, and Vietnamese students in particular, gained a wealth of interesting knowledge and experiences in China.
Also as part of the "2017 Chinese Language Camp," Dang Thi Dieu Huong (K60 Chinese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies), representing the university's students, participated in the competition.HChinese language debatewith the theme "Guangxi in My Heart". Having surpassed the other competing teams, youThey won second prize. Along with the impressive performances about Vietnam by the Sol Art Club of the University's Student Union, this event made a deep impression on the teachers and international friends at this camp. Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities showcased a talented and friendly image.
Thanks to the warm and thoughtful welcome from Guangxi University, and the enthusiastic support from Chinese teachers and volunteer students, the delegation of faculty and students from our university had many memorable experiences.
