On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Monkey, I would like to send my best wishes to all teachers and students! May you all be healthy, happy, and fortunate!
2016 will be a year of hope. After 30 years of reform and integration, the country is facing new opportunities! The successful 12th Party Congress is igniting hopes for the nation's take-off.
In this context, our University of Social Sciences and Humanities also has the right to expect breakthrough development in the coming years, building upon its 70-year tradition and 20 years of development. The most important thing we need to do is to carry out administrative reform, which seems very simple, but is also the most difficult. Administrative reform is like cutting your own hands and feet. It hurts, but it's necessary.

Administrative reform will create a friendly and efficient working environment. It will save time and money. It will also bring satisfaction and fulfillment to everyone. At that time, people will feel truly useful to themselves and to the collective. Their energy and intellect will be unleashed. At that time, talented officials and students will naturally seek us out. I have complete confidence in our success.
