Academic exchange with a group of experts from Phranakhon Rajabhat University (Thailand)

Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University) is discussing with the group of experts.

The main purpose of the meeting was to share the results of the consultations between the two units regarding the establishment of the ASEAN community, and to exchange views on the similarities between the perceptions of the people of Vietnam and Thailand.

Previously, a delegation of experts from Phranakhon Rajabhat University (Thailand) held a meeting with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in September 2015. The meeting resulted in an agreement to establish a group of Vietnamese experts to conduct a survey and gather opinions from Vietnamese people regarding the establishment of the ASEAN community.

A team of experts from Phranakhon Rajabhat University (Thailand) exchanged ideas with researchers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to finalize the results reports in order to hold a follow-up discussion, tentatively scheduled for the end of April 2016.

These investigation and analysis results are aimed at compiling a concise report that can be published scientifically in the near future.
