The Association of CGC of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities received a certificate of merit from the President of VNU.

On December 29, 2020, the Congress of the Association of Former Teachers of Hanoi National University, term III, 2017 - 2022, took place successfully.

Delegates attending the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Association for the 3rd term, 2017-2022, consisting of 15 members. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Duc - President of the Association of Former Teachers of VNU, term II, continued to be elected by the Congress to hold the position of President of the Association for the 3rd term.

At the Congress, VNU President Nguyen Kim Son presented certificates of merit to groups and individuals of the Association with outstanding achievements in the 2012-2017 term. Accordingly, the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and individual Prof. Dr. Vu Duong Ninh (Chairman of the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) were honored to receive certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in the Association's work, contributing to the overall development of VNU.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers also awarded certificates of merit to the Association of Former Teachers of Hanoi National University and to individual Professor, Doctor, People's Teacher Dinh Van Duc - Chairman of the Association.

The Association of Former Teachers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has 225 members and is one of the strong branches of the Association of Former Teachers of VNU. The Association is an organization that gathers teachers, scientists, officials and civil servants who used to work at the University and organizes many professional activities and exchanges between members. In 2017, the Association organized 01 seminar and 02 trips to visit the source for former teachers. The activities of the Association not only help maintain the connection between members, create an environment for professional and academic exchange, but also create opportunities for former teachers to contribute to the development of the University, spread and promote the values ​​and good traditions of the University to future generations.
