The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University); Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu (Vice President of the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa (Vice Rector of the University); Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (President of the University's Trade Union, Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition); Mr. Nguyen Son Minh - Deputy Head of the Judging Panel; Mr. Vo Xuan Long - Deputy Director of SHP West Hanoi Branch; Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hien (Director of SHP Nguyen Trai Transaction Office); Ms. Vu Thi Thu Thuy (Director of Thuy An Spa and Beauty Ba Dinh, Hanoi). In addition, the ceremony was also attended by leaders of various units and many female trade union members.
In the open and friendly atmosphere of the ceremony, Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University) extended his congratulations to the female union members of the University. The Rector emphasized the special importance of women to the survival and development of the world. To express his appreciation for the female union members of the university, Professor Pham Quang Minh presented four verses of poetry that express the immense contributions of women in building and shaping the world:
"Women, not God, created the world."
While the men were preoccupied with wars and conquests...
Women give birth to a new generation.
"And her intelligence far surpasses that of her father."

Professor Pham Quang Minh presented flowers to congratulate the female representative of the university's trade union – Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (President of the University's Trade Union).
Immediately following the commemorative ceremony, Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Head of the Organizing Committee - summarized the "Beautiful Photos of Female Union Members at USSH" contest. Dr. Oanh stated that while posting photos on Facebook is nothing new, holding a photo contest was unprecedented at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The initial purpose of the contest was to honor the most beautiful images of female union members of the University on October 20th. The contest provided an opportunity for female union members to share impressive and memorable moments from their professional and daily lives with colleagues inside and outside the university. Through this, they would get to know each other better.

Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (President of the University's Trade Union, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest) delivered the closing remarks for the "Beautiful Photos of Female Trade Union Members at USSH" contest.
The judging panel for the competition consists of professionals in photography, including: Journalist Nguyen Trong Chinh (Secretary of the Vietnam Photojournalism Association, Head of the Judging Panel); MSc. Phan Van Kien (Photojournalism Department, Faculty of Journalism and Communication); and MSc. Nguyen Son Minh – the founder and administrator of the competition's fanpage.
After working diligently and responsibly, the judging panel selected the winners of the competition. Based on the practical situation and the enthusiastic participation of female union members, in addition to the prizes announced according to the rules, the organizing committee added some very surprising and interesting prizes.

According to union members, the "Beautiful Photos of Female Union Members" contest was a great success. The contest truly created a platform for union members to see each other, get to know each other, share experiences, and strengthen their bonds of love and affection.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Hien (Faculty of Literature Union) shared her feelings about participating in the competition.
The celebration and awards ceremony concluded with a play titled "I'm Beautiful, I Have the Right" by the No. 10 Youth Theatre Troupe, performed on the stage of the 8th floor of building E. The play touched the hearts of the audience by offering different perspectives on standard beauty and respecting diverse beauty. This was the gift the school wanted to send to its female union members.
