Associate Professor, People's Teacher Nguyen Quoc Hung - former Acting Head of the Faculty of History, former Vice Head of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 55-year Party badge - passed away at 6:00 p.m. on October 20, 2017, at the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Hospital, at the age of 82.

The funeral will be held from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 (September 5, Dinh Dau year), at the Ministry of National Defense Funeral Home, No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi.
