The Deputy Ambassador stated that Polish universities have research and training quality that is in no way inferior to other developed countries in the world. Cooperation and exchange of students between the University and Vietnamese universities with Polish partners have many favorable conditions such as: low tuition fees in Poland, a friendly and open community, and a long tradition of Vietnam-Poland cooperation in education. Currently, the Ministries of Education and Training of both countries have an official agreement on student exchange, and every year, many Polish students are sent to Vietnam to study Vietnamese language and culture. Based on this, the Polish Embassy supports and promotes even stronger cooperation between universities in the two countries, and expresses its desire to expand the fields of study that Polish students can pursue in Vietnam, not just limited to language and culture.

Affirming the policy of expanding cooperative relations with foreign universities to exchange experiences in research and training, aiming for deeper international integration, Professor Vu Duc Nghieu stated that the University welcomes and supports the proposal to establish close relations with Polish universities. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is ready to cooperate in research and training in the fields of social sciences and humanities that are its strengths: Psychology, Linguistics, Sociology, History, Literature, Journalism, Oriental Studies, International Studies, Vietnamese Studies… In addition, student and faculty exchange will be a key activity in cooperation between universities.

During the meeting, the two sides also discussed the possibility of opening a Polish Studies program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the near future.
