At the conference, representatives of the Planning and Finance Department presented a summary report on the School's financial activities in 2013; the payment situation and some limitations in the settlement of payments of the units. Next, the conference listened to a report on the draft adjustment and addition of some contents in the Internal Expenditure Regulations.
The opinions expressed mainly revolved around issues regarding some procedures, payment processes, spending mechanisms for teaching and organizing conferences, seminars, etc. Some other opinions made proposals related to adjusting and supplementing some contents in the Internal Spending Regulations such as: payment for teaching hours, overtime; support for staff whose articles are published, etc.
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa and representatives of the Planning and Finance Department recorded and answered the comments. Concluding the conference, the Vice Principal emphasized: Heads of units and settlement officers need to pay attention to correctly implementing financial documents and regulations so that the financial activities of the School and units are resolved quickly and in accordance with regulations.
