Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Pham Huy Cuong emphasized that research orientation is not the only choice for students after graduating from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Therefore, at this festival, students can find a variety of suitable and appropriate job opportunities from businesses. Dr. Pham Huy Cuong also expressed his thanks to the companies and organizations that have accompanied the University in this meaningful event. In addition to sharing job opportunities, businesses will take the time to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of students in the process of finding jobs. The University hopes to co-organize similar activities more regularly and with more focus with each business unit.
Representing the companies present at the fair, Mr. Nguyen Cong Khanh (Vietnewscorp Company Limited) shared that he was a former student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities from 2001-2005. He expressed his excitement when returning to the school where he graduated as a recruiter. His company Vietnewscorp is operating two websites, Vietnammoi.vn and Vietnambiz.vn. Therefore, Vietnewscorp hopes to meet and recruit students who wish to pursue a career in journalism. He also wished the students at the fair to find jobs that match their interests and abilities.
This is the third recruitment fair organized by the school, to help students learn about conditions and job opportunities at agencies and businesses. Suitable candidates will be interviewed on the spot. At this fair, 21 businesses brought 300 different recruitment and internship positions.
