Receiving the delegation of Guangxi University of Science and Technology (China)

The working session aimed to further discuss the contents exchanged by the two sides during the visit to Guangxi University of Science and Technology by the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on July 10, 2018; as well as the visit to Guangxi University of Science and Technology by the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on August 14, 2018.

Specifically, the two schools will co-organize an international scientific conference on teaching Marxist-Leninist Theory. The conference will take place on May 15-16, 2019 in Liuzhou, Guangxi. The conference will have the participation of 40-50 delegates, including about 20 scholars, scientists, and researchers from Vietnam. Typical papers will be published in books or reference materials. At the meeting, representatives of the two sides discussed and agreed on issues such as the number of papers, speaking time, publication time, costs, language, and other arising issues.

The two sides also discussed promoting student exchanges. Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will introduce and send students majoring in Social Work to study and research in the host country. The host country will send students to study Vietnamese and specialized subjects about the country, culture and society of Vietnam.
