During the meeting, Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) introduced the main achievements in training, scientific research, and the main research directions of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; emphasizing the goal of building a research university and internationalization. In recent years, the University has promoted internationalization by strengthening English-language teaching content, welcoming many international students from the US (Princeton University), Japan (Meiji University), and Germany (Giessen University) to participate in short-term study programs, promoting academic disciplines related to international relations, and organizing international research projects and conferences with universities around the world, such as Stockholm University (Sweden). The University hopes to strengthen cooperation with Swedish universities through activities such as student and faculty exchange, co-organizing international scientific conferences, and cooperation in international publications.
