University of Social Sciences and Humanities sports exchange with Ethnic Institute

According to the cooperation between the Youth Union of the Ethnic Institute and the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, on May 11, 2017, the two teams of the two units organized a friendly match at Huyen Anh Stadium (Hoang Minh Giam Street).

Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Trung (Acting Director of the Academy of Ethnicities) presented flowers and souvenir flags to representatives of the two schools.

Attending the football match were Associate Professor Dr. Tran Trung - Acting Director of the Ethnic Academy, along with leaders of functional departments and representatives of the Youth Union of the Academy. On the side of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there were MSc. Nguyen Van Thuy - Vice President of the Trade Union, Head of the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department, Dr. Tran Bach Hieu (Secretary of the Youth Union) and members of the school's football team.

After the opening speech and the presentation of flowers and souvenir flags by Associate Professor Dr. Tran Trung, the two teams entered the match with 2 halves, each lasting 20 minutes. The Ethnic Academy with a squad of many young players rushed to attack right after the opening whistle, and they quickly scored the opening goal in the first minutes when the defense of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was still stabilizing and organizing. The match then became balanced and the score of 1-0 was maintained until the end of the first half. In the second half, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities team made changes in some positions, and almost immediately, in the first minutes of the second half, the team scored 2 goals to take the lead with a score of 2-1. After that, the Ethnic Academy team also gradually regained control of the match, pushed the squad up high and scored 2 consecutive goals to take the lead with a score of 3-2. The match was dramatic until the 39th minute, after a good coordination between the team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, player Hoang Quynh finished neatly, scoring the goal to set the score at 3-3. Although it was just a friendly match, the two teams contributed many beautiful moves. From here, through the exchange, a cooperative relationship between the two teams, the youth unions of the two schools and the two schools in many other fields in the future was opened.
