The content of the working session revolved around specific cooperation activities between the two universities. The conference focused on the following topics: multidimensional interactions between East Asia and South Asia; regional studies; issues in the humanities and social sciences related to languages, history, psychology, anthropology, political science, economics, geography, communication, library science and other interdisciplinary sciences, etc.
In addition, the two universities also agreed to increase student and lecturer exchange activities in the coming time. Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa affirmed: as a prestigious university in training and research on Social Sciences and Humanities, the University has a lot of experience in training and research on Vietnamese language, Vietnamese culture, and Vietnamese studies. The Thai Studies department of the University is also quite developed and every year the University sends students and lecturers to exchange study and research at leading universities in Thailand. These are important foundations to bring about effective cooperation results between the two universities in the future.
