Taiwan Higher Education Exhibition 2018 at USSH

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Principal of the School) delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan highly appreciated the economic, socio-cultural and educational development of Taiwan. This development, together with the similarities in culture between Taiwan and Vietnam, are the premises for the increasingly close cooperation and exchange in education and training between the two countries. The Vice President of the University welcomed the connection and coordination in organizing exhibitions between cultural and educational agencies of Taiwan and Vietnam, which have successfully organized exhibitions in recent years and will continue to develop further in the future.

This is the 5th time the Taiwan Higher Education Exhibition has been held, with the participation of 28 leading prestigious universities in Taiwan. The exhibition is meant to be an information connection festival, providing students with the opportunity to study abroad with valuable scholarships for both Chinese and English training programs. 28 leading universities in Taiwan in the fields of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences such as: Wanzao University of Foreign Studies, Chinese Culture University, Taichung University of Education, Donghua University, China Medical University, Taipei University of Science and Technology... The exhibition attracted a large number of students and parents to visit and exchange information. The lively consulting atmosphere at the exhibition booths along with art performances, lucky draw programs with a total value of up to 50 million VND...

The program is jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU), Wanzao University of Foreign Languages ​​(Taiwan), Taiwan Education Data Center in Vietnam, Taiwan Education Center in Hanoi, Hai Phong Private University, and Ha Long University. Tass Science and Tourism Service Company (under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) is in charge of communications and event organization.

The exhibition continues at Hai Phong Private University (March 17, 2018) and Ha Long University (March 18, 2018).
