The course includes a total of 160 sessions lasting from March 27 to June 19, including 116 sessions of learning knowledge and leadership skills at the department level (9 sessions), 24 sessions of reporting practical experience (3 topics), 19 sessions of survey, essay writing and closing session. Experts from the Public Service Center, Hanoi University of Home Affairs are responsible for teaching and guiding the students throughout the course. After completing the course, students will be awarded leadership and management certificates according to the training program.
During the course, students are equipped and updated with basic knowledge and skills in leadership, management, direction and operation of work to contribute to improving the capacity and performance of duties and responsibilities of civil servants and department-level leaders in the process of administrative reform, international integration and building a rule-of-law state.
In his opening speech, the representative of the School's Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Principal in charge of the School) emphasized the significance of the course. The course meets the practical needs of management and administration at all levels, focusing on the faculty and department levels, to effectively implement the appointment and reappointment processes for important positions in the School. At the same time, the course also aims to improve and enhance the quality of the leadership team of the School's units, in order to keep up with new work requirements and implement innovation and creativity in management. The knowledge and skills in the course will make practical contributions to the management work of teachers.
