The education sector has 20 delegates elected to the 15th National Assembly.
Minister of Education and Training, Director of Hanoi National University Nguyen Kim Son
In his Action Program, Minister Nguyen Kim Son emphasized: real learning, or real learning, in terms of content, is an education that teaches people knowledge, skills, qualities, ethics, and creates real capacity, that is, what learners can use for work, for a living, for life, for the country. Real learning is to avoid learning things that are useless in life, and what is needed for work is not learned.
Real learning here means practical, useful, substantial education, education and training that meets social needs, closely linked to life. Real learning means that titles, academic titles, and degrees are appropriate and reflect the true abilities of the learner. In reality, there are still many people in many places who study superficially, study in opposition, study for the sake of a degree, and after studying, they do not add any knowledge or ability. There are people with many degrees, but when it comes to work, they cannot do it, titles are just empty names...
To have a real education, the education sector itself must act, have a big change, transformation in thinking, in teaching style, in habits that have been formed for many years and shaped by social views. The sector also needs to have good facilities for schools, laboratories, and adequate and modern teaching and learning equipment to be able to create the best quality of education. It is necessary to have a team of good teachers, real capacity and a decent income, confident in the profession. These two things are the REALITY of the education sector. Only by creating that REALITY can we improve quality and promote real learning.
