Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Long (former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Rector of the University), Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh (former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Rector of the University), Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim (former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Vice Rector of the University), Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former Rector of the University).
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tien Vinh (Deputy Head of the Personnel Organization Department, Vietnam National University, Hanoi) read the following decisions: Decision No. 789/QD-VNU-VNU, Decision No. 799/QD-VNU-VNU, signed by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on March 29, 2021, appointing Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan as Rector of the University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Truong as Vice Rector; Decision No. 597/QD-VNU-VNU, signed by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on March 5, 2021, appointing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh as Vice Rector; and Decision No. 141/QD-DU, signed by the Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on April 1, 2021, appointing Comrade Pham Xuan Thach as Secretary of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, extended congratulations to the newly appointed colleagues at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The appointment decisions were made by the Standing Committee and the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, after a process of objective and responsible review and evaluation. The Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, requested the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to quickly consolidate the leadership system, build a framework of regulations and working principles that are strict and clear for all activities; and promote the spirit of unity and traditional humanistic values to help the University continue to operate effectively and develop in a manner worthy of its potential and the expectations of the collective.

Phát biểu đại diện Nhà trường, PGS.TS Phạm Xuân Thạch (Bí thư Đảng ủy) tri ân các thế hệ nhà khoa học, nhà giáo dục đã gây dựng nên truyền thống giáo dục, đào tạo, nghiên cứu của Nhà trường; qua đó nêu bật nhu cầu giữ vững, bám chắc vào những nền tảng, cội rễ mà các thế hệ trước đã dày công vun đắp để làm nền tảng cho sự phát triển của Nhà trường trong tương lai. Trong bối cảnh Cách mạng Công nghiệp 4.0 và kỷ nguyên của sự kết nối ngày nay, Nhà trường càng có nhiều cơ hội phát huy vai trò của mình, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, lan tỏa các giá trị nhân văn trong xã hội. GS.TS Hoàng Anh Tuấn (Hiệu trưởng Nhà trường) cũng gửi lời tri ân tới lãnh đạo ĐHQGHN cùng các thế hệ nhà giáo, viên chức của Trường ĐHKHXH&NV đã góp phần dựng xây “cơ đồ Nhân văn” như hôm nay. Để đáp lại những tình cảm đó, Thường trực-Ban Giám hiệu mới cam kết sẽ tiếp tục chung tay phát triển Nhà trường trên cơ sở quán triệt định hướng, thống nhất quan điểm; đồng thời xác lập nguyên tắc hành động theo tinh thần: “đồng tâm, đồng chí, đồng ý, đồng lòng”. On March 29, 2021, the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi signed the following decisions:
- Quyết định số 789/QĐ-ĐHQGHN bổ nhiệm GS.TS Hoàng Anh Tuấn, Phó Hiệu trưởng phụ trách, giữ chức Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn. GS.TS Hoàng Anh Tuấn sinh năm 1976, nhận bằng Tiến sĩ Sử học tại Đại học Leiden (Hà Lan) năm 2006; Được bổ nhiệm Phó Giáo sư năm 2012, Giáo sư năm 2019. Trước đó, GS.TS Hoàng Anh Tuấn giữ chức Phó Hiệu trưởng (2016-2020); Phó Hiệu trưởng phụ trách Nhà trường (9/2020 đến nay).
- Quyết định số 799/QĐ-ĐHQGHN ngày 29/3/2021 bổ nhiệm PGS.TS Đào Thanh Trường giữ chức Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường ĐH Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn, ĐHQGHN. PGS.TS Đào Thanh Trường sinh năm 1980, nhận bằng Tiến sĩ ngành Xã hội học tại Trường ĐHKHXH&NV, ĐHQGHN; được bổ nhiệm Phó Giáo sư năm 2016. Trước đó, PGS.TS Đào Thanh Trường giữ chức Trưởng Khoa Khoa học Quản lý (từ năm 2015) và Viện trưởng Viện Chính sách và Quản lý (2018-nay).
On March 5, 2021, the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) signed Decision No. 597/QD-VNU appointing Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh as Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh was born in 1976, received his PhD in Philosophy in 2008 from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU; and was appointed Associate Professor in 2013. Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh has been the Vice Director of the Tran Nhan Tong Institute (since 2017).
Ngày 01/4/2021, Bí thư Đảng ủy Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội ký quyết định Quyết định số 141/QĐ-ĐƯ chỉ định PGS.TS Phạm Xuân Thạch tham gia Ban Thường vụ và giữ chức Bí thư Đảng ủy Trường ĐHKHXH&NV khóa XXVII, nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020. PGS.TS Phạm Xuân Thạch sinh năm 1976, nhận bằng Tiến sĩ chuyên ngành Văn học tại Trường ĐHKHXH&NV, ĐHQGHN; được bổ nhiệm Phó Giáo sư năm 2016; giữ chức Trưởng Khoa Văn học từ năm 2015. |
