1. Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án

- Mục đích nghiên cứu của luận án:

Trên cơ sở làm rõ những vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn về vai trò của báo chí với công tác xây dựng đảng nói chung và tập trung vào công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng; mối quan hệ giữa báo chí và tổ chức xây dựng đảng; mối quan hệ giữa báo chí Việt Nam và tổ chức đảng; tác động của thông điệp về vấn đề tổ chức xây dựng đảng đến với công chúng; giải pháp và đề xuất kiến nghị để nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả của báo chí tuyên truyền về công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng trên báo chí ở nước ta hiện nay.

- Đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án:

Luận án nghiên cứu những vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn về mối quan hệ giữa báo chí và công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

Luận án khảo sát, nghiên cứu nội dung thông điệp và hình thức thể hiện của một số  tác phẩm báo chí đăng trên báo in, điện tử về vấn đề tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

2. Các phương pháp nghiên cứu đã sử dụng

Trên cơ sở phương pháp luận của chủ nghĩa Mác - Lênin, luận án sử dụng tổng hợp các phương pháp nghiên cứu hệ thống tài liệu trong nước và ngoài nước, văn kiện, giáo trình, sách tham khảo về báo chí truyền thông và công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng. Phương pháp phân tích nội dung thông điệp báo chí. Phương pháp điều tra xã hội học. Phương pháp phỏng vấn chuyên gia… để triển khai các nhiệm vụ luận án đặt ra.

3. Các kết quả chính và kết luận

3.1. Các kết quả chính

- Luận án làm phong phú thêm lý luận chung về báo chí và báo chí với vấn đề tổ chức xây dựng đảng. Luận án phân tích, đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa báo chí và chính trị (xây dựng Đảng). Sự tác động qua lại, biện chứng giữa báo chí và chính trị. Đặc biệt là mối quan hệ giữa Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và nền báo chí cách mạng Việt Nam.

- Luận án phân tích, đánh giá, khái quát vị trí, vai trò của báo chí trong hệ thống tổ chức đảng và vai trò, vị trí của tổ chức đảng trong lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo hoạt động của từng cơ quan báo chí.

- Luận án nêu thực trạng báo chí ở Việt Nam (ưu điểm, hạn chế, nguyên nhân) tuyên truyền về xây dựng đảng và xây dựng đảng về tổ chức.

- Tác động của thông điệp về về tổ chức xây dựng đảng trên báo chí đối với công chúng.

- Luận án đề xuất giải pháp để nâng cao vai trò, vị trí của báo chí trong tuyên truyền về xây dựng đảng, về tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

- Luận án đề xuất, kiến nghị với Đảng; các cấp uỷ, tổ chức đảng; các cơ quan lãnh đạo, quản lý báo chí về việc lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo, phối hợp như thế nào để báo chí thực sự được tiếp cận với những thông tin về xây dựng đảng và tổ chức xây dựng đảng để thực hiện nhiệm vụ tuyên truyền, phục vụ công tác xây dựng đảng trên ba mặt chính trị, tư tưởng, tổ chức hiệu quả nhất.

3.2. Kết luận

Luận án là công trình nghiên cứu độc lập của tác giả, có ý nghĩa lý luận và thực tiễn như sau:

- Về lý luận: Luận án đưa ra những khái niệm học thuật có tính hệ thống về mối quan hệ giữa báo chí với xây dựng đảng nói chung và xây dựng đảng về tổ chức. Luận án xác lập hệ thống cơ sở lý luận và tiêu chí đánh giá tổ chức tác phẩm báo chí chất lượng tuyên truyền về công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

Luận án hệ thống quan điểm, tư tưởng của Mác-Lênin, Hồ Chí Minh về báo chí với chính trị; quan điểm, chủ trương, đường lối, định hướng của Đảng, Nhà nước đối với báo chí trong tuyên truyền về tổ  chức xây dựng đảng.

- Về thực tiễn: Luận án là công trình khảo sát, nghiên cứu, phân tích tác phẩm báo chí, trong đó tập trung loại hình báo in, báo điện tử một cách có hệ thống khi viết về vấn đề tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

Luận án có thể làm tài liệu tham khảo trong các cơ sở đào tạo và nghiên cứu về báo chí truyền thông trong nước.

Luận án là tài liệu tham khảo bổ ích cho đội ngũ cán bộ lãnh đạo, quản lý, cán bộ làm công tác tổ chức xây dựng đảng.

Luận án có thể sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo cho đội ngũ những người làm báo và quản lý báo chí.

1. Thesis purposes and objectives:

- Thesis purposes: To clarify theoratically and practically the role of press in the party building in general and the organization of party building activities in particular; the relationship between the press and the organization of party building activities; coordination between the press in Vietnam and party organs; the impact of message of the organization of party building activities toward the public; measures and proposals to improve quality and effectiveness of the press disseminating the organization of party building activities in Vietnam nowadays. - Objective: The thesis studies theoratically and practically the relationship between the press and the organization of party building activities.

The thesis explores and studies the content of message and performance of some press works of the organization of party building activities published in the printing press and e-papers.

2. Research methods: Based on the methodology of the Marxism-Leninism, the thesis uses collectively the systematic method of domestic and foreign documents, party resolutions, textbooks and reference books in the sectors of the press, media and the organization of party building activities and other methods such as analysis of press message, sociology survey and professional interview to complete the thesis’s tasks.

3. Major results and conclusions

3.1. The major results:

• The thesis florishes the theory on the press and relationship between the press and the organization of party building activities. It analyses and assesses the relationship between the press and politics (party building), dialetic interaction between the press and politics, especially the relationship between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnam revolutionary press.
• The thesis analyses, assesses, generalizes the role of the press in party organization system and the role of the party organs in leading and instructing activities of press agencies.
• The thesis highlights the reality of the disemination of party building and building party in term of organization by the press in Vietnam (advantanges, shortcomings and reasons).
• Impacts of press message of the organization of party building activities on the public.
• The thesis proposes measures to improve the role of press in disseminating party building and the organization of party building activities.
• The thesis proposes to the Party, Party committees, Party organs and agencies leading and managing the press the measures of leadership, instruction and coordination in order to create favourable conditions for the press being accessed to information of the organization of party building activities, thus effectively fulfilling tasks of dissemination and party building on three aspects of politics, ideology and organization.

3.2. Conclusions:

The thesis is the author’s independent research work which has some theoretical and practical significances, as following:

• Theoretical significance: The thesis introduces systematically concepts of the relationship between the press and party building in general and party building in term of organization in particular. The thesis establishes a system of theoretical bases and evaluation criteria for the valuable works of the press on disseminating the party building.

The thesis has systematized viewpoints and ideology of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought on the relationship between the press  and politics and the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on the press in term of disseminating party building.

- Practical significance: The thesis is a research work which systematically explores, studies and analyses press works, including printing press and e-papers on the topic of the organization of party building activities.

The thesis can be a source of references for researching and training on the press and media at the research and training centres.

The thesis is a source of useful reference for leadership and managing cadres in party building sector.

The thesis is also a source of reference for journalists and press mananging agencies.
