10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

        Luận văn đã làm rõ cơ bản về lý luận liên quan đến thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng. Cụ thể gồm: các khái niệm cơ bản: báo Đảng địa phương, trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương, thiết kế và trình bày; Vai trò, đặc điểm của thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương; các nguyên tắc và phương pháp thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương. Đây là khung lý thuyết quan trọng để tác giả làm cơ sở đánh giá thực trạng thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương.

        Luận văn đánh giá được thực trạng thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất của các tờ báo khảo sát: Vĩnh Long, Cần Thơ và Cà Mau. Luận văn chỉ ra được những mặt thành công và những mặt hạn chế, những nguyên nhân ảnh hưởng thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất của các tờ báo khảo sát. Đây là cơ sở để tác giả đưa ra những giải pháp và khuyến nghị về thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng các tỉnh Tây Nam Bộ hiện nay.

        Luận văn đã giải quyết được những vấn đề cơ bản, cụ thể là những vấn đề đặt ra với thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương hiện nay; Giải pháp thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất báo Đảng các tỉnh Tây Nam Bộ hiện nay như Tổ chức nội dung thông tin theo tôn chỉ mục đích và công chúng của tờ báo; Cung cấp thông tin đáp ứng nhu cầu công chúng, Tổ chức nội dung thông tin phù hợp với đối tượng phản ánh của các tờ báo Đảng địa phương; Xây dựng mô hình thiết kế, trình bày trang nhất; Tính thẩm mỹ và kỹ thuật trong thiết kế và trình bày.         Luận văn chưa đi sâu nghiên cứu về vấn đề bố cục và tạo hình nghệ thuật trên trang nhất báo Đảng địa phương. Vì vậy, hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo, luận văn sẽ tập trung nghiên cứu sâu hơn về bố cục và tạo hình nghệ thuật để góp phần thiết kế và trình bày trang báo thẩm mỹ hơn, hiện đại hơn.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis has basically clarified the theory related to designing and presenting the front page of the Party newspaper. Specifically include: basic concepts: Local Party newspaper, the front page of Local Party newspaper, design and presentation; Role and characteristics of the design and presentation the front page of the local Party newspaper; principles and methods of designing and presenting the front page of the local Party newspaper. This is an important theoretical framework in order for the author to use as a basis for assessing the real status of designing and presenting the front page of the local Party newspaper.

        The thesis assesses the current status of design and presentation of surveyed newspapers: Vinh Long, Can Tho and Ca Mau. The thesis points out the successes and the limitations, the reasons that affect the design and presentation of the front pages of surveyed newspapers. This is the basis for the author to give solutions and recommendations on the design and presentation of the front page of the Party newspapers of Southwestern provinces today.

        The thesis has solved the basic issues, namely the issues posed with the design and presentation of the front page of the local Party newspaper today; The solutions of designing and presenting the front page of the Party of Southwestern provinces today such as organizing the information content according to the purpose and public principle of the newspaper; Providing information to meet the public needs, organizing the content of information suitable to the subjects of the local Party newspapers; Building the model of designing, presenting the front page; Aesthetics and technique in design and presentation. Besides, the thesis has gave some recommendations, Recognizing the importance of designing and presenting the front page; Mechanisms, policies and resources for designing and presenting the front page.

11. Practical applicability, if any: The results of the project contribute to improving the efficiency of design and presenting the front page of the Southwestern Party newspapers in general and the newspapers selected for survey in particular.

12. Further research directions, if any: The thesis has not studied in depth the layout and art shaping on the front page of the local Party newspaper. Therefore, the next research direction, the thesis will focus on further research on the layout and art shaping to contribute to the design and presentation of more aesthetic and modern newspapers.
