11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the most important new contribution of the thesis is clarifying the reform of religious policy in sustainable development in Vietnam today as a public policy of the state. Reforming religious policy in this direction is appropriate to Vietnam's conditions as well as to global development trends in the field of religion when approached from a human rights perspective.

Secondly, the thesis clarifies the role of religion as a resource that plays a significant role in national development. From this, the thesis contributes a new, comprehensive perspective on the position and role of religion in Vietnam today, while also offering viewpoints and solutions regarding the Party and State's policies and laws to effectively promote the role of religion and mitigate its negative impacts. This also implies a contribution to building a sound policy on religion for sustainable development in Vietnam today.

Thirdly, the thesis highlights the crucial role of reforming religious policy in sustainable development in Vietnam today. Because religion is a personal matter, and in the current context, individuals are recognized as the subjects of social development, religious policy is of significant importance not only to individuals and society but also to national development and even internationally. Therefore, a well-planned and implemented religious policy will be a vital driving force for the comprehensive development of the country, leveraging the resources of religions for sustainable national development, and also becoming an important tool for effective social management.

12. Practical applications: The research results of this thesis can be used as a reference in research and teaching on religious policy and the innovation of religious policy in sustainable development in Vietnam today. In addition, the results presented in this thesis can be used as a reference when the government adjusts, amends, and supplements its religious policies in the future.

The first, the thesis's most important new contribution is to clarify the reform of religious policy in current sustainable development in Vietnam as a public policy of the state. The reform of religious policies in such a way is suitable with the conditions of Vietnam as well as with the development trend of the world in the field of religion when approaching from the perspective of human rights.

The second, the thesis clarifies the role of religion as a resource with certain participation in the development of the country. Since then, the thesis adds a new comprehensive view of the position and role of religion in Vietnam at the same time, and gives opinions and solutions on the Party and State's policies and laws. in order to promote the effective role of religion as well as to limit the negative aspects that it causes. This also implies to contribute to building a good policy on religion in sustainable development in Vietnam today.

The third, the thesis shows the important role of reforming religious policies in sustainable development in Vietnam today. Because religion is the story of every human being and in the current context of human being defined as the subject of social development, religious policy is important not only for people and society but also still with the development of the country and even the international impact. From there, a well-planned and implemented religious policy will be an important driving force for the comprehensive development of the country, promoting resources of religions for the country's sustainable development and at the same time. will become an important tool to contribute to good social management.

12. Practical applicability: The research results of thesis can be used as a reference in the study and teaching of religious policies, reforming religious policies in sustainable development in Vietnam today. In addition, the results mentioned in the thesis can be referenced when the state adjusts, amends and supplements religious policies in the coming time.
