10. Summarize the results ofproject:

The project on communicating economic policies to ethnic minority communities through the Ethnic Minorities and Development Newspaper has achieved significant results in raising awareness and encouraging community participation. Experience from practical implementation has highlighted both strengths to be promoted and clear challenges to be addressed. To ensure that policy information truly reaches everyone and is most effective in contributing to the sustainable development of ethnic minority communities, maintaining and improving communication activities, enhancing people's access to information, and creating a more favorable environment for community participation and feedback will be crucial factors in the long-term success of policy communication in the future.

The study highlighted significant successes in improving the quality of economic policy communication targeting ethnic minority communities through online news channels. The results achieved are not only quantitative but also demonstrate a transformation in approach and interaction with the target community. First and foremost, one key factor contributing to this success is the emphasis on developing communication content deeply aligned with local culture and language. This approach has broken down language and cultural barriers, significantly enhancing the community's access to and understanding of economic policies. The use of mother tongues in many communication materials has been particularly effective, allowing information to easily penetrate the community, thereby increasing public participation and helping them better understand their rights and obligations.

11. Practical applications:

From the practical implementation of solutions aimed at improving the quality of economic policy communication for ethnic minority communities on the online newspaper "Ethnic Minorities and Development," many profound and valuable lessons have been learned. These lessons not only provide a solid foundation for improving the effectiveness of current communication activities but also guide the strategic direction for future communication efforts.

The practical implementation of economic policy communication for ethnic minority communities has yielded several successful examples, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed diverse approaches. These examples include the production of media programs, such as the television program "Issues - Events," which has effectively contributed to disseminating policies to the community. Newspapers have also collaborated with local authorities to compile and distribute guidance materials (leaflets, booklets) in local languages on policies related to economic development, entrepreneurship, and access to credit, using easily understandable language for the community. Organizing direct seminars and workshops within the community, in coordination with relevant agencies, has provided valuable opportunities for people to better understand policies, ask questions, and engage in direct discussions. Finally, the implementation of communication activities combined with traditional events and festivals has effectively utilized cultural activities to disseminate information naturally, attracting people's participation. These examples show that, when applying appropriate and creative methods, economic policy information can be effectively accessed, helping ethnic minority communities to better understand the State's development support programs.

Looking to the future, the online newspaper "Ethnic Minorities and Development" has the potential to become a modern and effective model of policy communication, contributing to bridging the information gap, raising public awareness, and promoting comprehensive development for ethnic minority communities. It also serves as a model for other media outlets in reaching and serving specific public groups. With appropriate investment, a strategic vision, and a commitment to continuous innovation, the goal of improving the material and spiritual lives of ethnic minority communities through policy communication is entirely feasible.
