Summary of Project Results: This project researched the theoretical basis of depression and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and applied CBT in assessing, case-forming, and providing psychological support to a client exhibiting symptoms of depression. The intervention was conducted using a hybrid online and in-person approach for a client studying abroad. The results showed significant improvement in the client's depressive symptoms and coping abilities. The project contributes to affirming the practical value of CBT in supporting mental health issues.
