The project on developing revenue sources on digital platforms by the Vietnam Women's Newspaper provides an overview of the renewal of management methods, enhancement of journalistic content quality, and diversification of presentation forms. This is to confirm the position and influence of the Vietnam Women's Newspaper, meeting the national press development and management plan up to 2025 set by the Government, thereby increasing revenue for the organization. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current economic situation of journalism in Vietnam and the specific financial and operational context of the Vietnam Women's Newspaper, the author has highlighted the urgency of implementing the project, as well as the specific objectives when deploying this project. Based on theoretical and practical grounds, the project has provided readers with the most specific information on the current state of employment, structure, organization, and facilities.
This serves as a basis for human resources, funding, and facilities in realizing the contents of the project. From there, the project proposes solutions to overcome difficulties, resolve existing issues, and a specific plan for achieving the goal of developing new revenue sources on the newspaper's digital platform. This is accomplished through two main projects: developing the Vietnam Women's Newspaper YouTube channel and upgrading the studio, technical equipment system for producing television and radio programs. These efforts aim to enhance the newspaper's role as a press agency with sufficient human resources, infrastructure, and a modern, synchronized technical equipment system, ensuring the production and broadcast of high-quality (diverse in content, attractive in presentation) radio and television programs. These are designed to meet political tasks and serve the increasing demand for information and entertainment by the public. Additionally, the project seeks to create favorable conditions for increasing revenue from advertising services to reinvest and enhance the operational efficiency of the Vietnam Women's Newspaper.
