10. Summary of the thesis results:
Anxiety is a common psychological problem in children, and persistent anxiety symptoms affect their physical health, relationships with others, and sense of well-being. Early intervention helps prevent the worsening of anxiety symptoms and reduces the development of other co-occurring disorders.
This thesis studies a case study of a child exhibiting anxiety who received intervention using a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral and Play Therapy. Mediating symbols, stories, and images from Play Therapy help the child become aware of and connect with their negative experiences and emotions, expressing the hurt feelings they cannot (or do not know how to) directly. On this foundation, the child feels safe enough to connect with reality, thereby identifying and restructuring their cognitive schema in a healthier direction.
The results after the intervention showed a gradual reduction in anxiety symptoms, and positive improvements in interpersonal relationships (with family and friends) and self-expression in the clients.11. Practical applications:

Practical Applicability: Based on the results obtained through theoretical research and practical clinical case studies, this thesis has contributed to proving and strengthening the Cognitive-Behavioral psychological intervention method combined with Play Therapy for anxiety symptoms in children. It emphasizes the role of applying psychological therapy in the intervention process for young clients experiencing mental health problems.

Anxiety is a common psychological problem in children. Long-term anxiety symptoms affect children's physical health, surrounding relationships and sense of happiness. Early intervention helps prevent worsening of anxiety symptoms and reduces the development of other comorbid disorders.
This thesis studies a case of a child with signs of anxiety receiving intervention using the Cognitive-Behavioral method combined with Play Therapy, Mediated symbols, Stories, Images, etc. Play Therapy helps the client to become aware and connect with their own negative experiences and emotions, expressing hurt feelings. That the child cannot (or does not know) say directly. On that foundation, children feel safe to be able to connect with reality, thereby identifying and restructuring their cognitive schema in a healthier direction.
Post-intervention results showed that anxiety symptoms gradually decreased, interpersonal relationships (with relatives and friends) along with the client's ability to express themselves improved in a positive direction.

From the results obtained through theoretical and practical research in clinical cases, the thesis has contributed to proving and strengthening psychological intervention methods. Cognition – Behavior combined with Play therapy for anxiety symptoms in children. Emphasis the applied role of psychotherapy in the intervention process for young clients with mental health problems.
