10. Summary of thesis results:
Anxiety is a common psychological problem in children, and persistent anxiety symptoms affect children's physical health, relationships, and sense of well-being. Early intervention can help prevent the worsening of anxiety symptoms and reduce the development of other associated disorders.
This thesis studies a case of a child with anxiety symptoms who was treated using the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy method combined with Play Therapy. Intermediate symbols, stories, images... from Play Therapy help the client become aware of and connect with their negative experiences and emotions, expressing hurt feelings that the child cannot (or does not know how to) say directly. On that basis, the child feels safe to connect with reality, thereby identifying and restructuring the cognitive schema in a healthier direction.
The results after the intervention showed that anxiety symptoms gradually decreased, interpersonal relationships (with relatives and friends) and the ability to express themselves in the client improved in a positive direction.11. Practical applicability:

Practical applicability: From the results obtained through the process of theoretical research and clinical practice, the thesis has contributed to proving and consolidating the method of psychological intervention Cognitive - Behavior combined with Play therapy for anxiety symptoms in children.
