- The thesis is a research work on the communal house with the community culture of the Co Tu people, evaluated on cultural characteristics such as tangible and intangible culture of the Co Tu people in Bankandone, Kaleum district, Xekong province, Lao PDR.
- The thesis studies the issue of culture because of the cultural life, general ethnic groups, ethnic history in general, the Co-tu ethnic group in Xe Kong province, in particular, the Co-tu ethnic group in Kandone village, Kaleum district in Laos. The Guol house is the issue that the author focuses on researching, the Guol house of the Co-tu people is a unique cultural feature that connects the community, this is a new issue that I will explore.
- The thesis initially seeks to find the causes, the communal house is the general issue of the topic will be studied about the material, the intangible, that is the architecture of the communal house including the role of the communal house with the community, Decorative arts and major festivals are related to cultural life, religious beliefs, this is the center of spiritual beliefs of the Co Tu people, also an ethnic group of the Lao people.
- This researched thesis, I hope it is useful and informative for others to study further. In order to preserve and maintain the culture of the Co Tu ethnic group in Laos.
