For journalism studies and media science, the thesis will contribute to supplementing and enriching the theory on the role, functions, and tasks of the media and improve the quality and effectiveness of current propaganda work on combating high-tech crime. 12. Practical application: The thesis has practical significance in reflecting the pressing and troubling issue of high-tech crime occurring in Vietnamese society. The research findings on high-tech crime, its current state, consequences, and causes in Vietnam, and the impact of the People's Police Newspaper, can be used as reference and research material for students and trainees. The advantages in content and information delivery, as well as some limitations and shortcomings of the People's Police Newspaper in reflecting on this issue, will be valuable practical experiences to help the People's Police Newspaper in particular, and media agencies in general, develop reasonable solutions to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda in preventing and combating high-tech crime. 13.
