Summary of thesis results: This thesis contributes to clarifying the concept of media conglomerate models worldwide, conducts in-depth research and evaluation of factors affecting the formation of media conglomerates, and points out the inevitable trend of forming media conglomerates in Vietnam today. The thesis is the first direct study of two Vietnamese media organizations that are trending towards developing into media conglomerates: Investment Newspaper and Public Security Newspaper. Through this, it identifies the advantages, difficulties, and reasons for the delay in forming media conglomerates. The thesis also initially proposes some solutions and recommendations to overcome difficulties and realize the establishment of media conglomerate models in Vietnam. However, because this thesis studies a new and forward-looking issue, such as the model of media conglomerates, the contributions are only initial steps and require time for verification and further research to supplement and refine. 11. This thesis is the first head-on report on the Vietnam press agencies which tend to develop into press journalism groups such as Investment Newspaper and People's Police Newspaper. Through it, the thesis has reviewed the difficulties, advantages and reasons why newspaper group is yet to be established. Some solutions proposed by the thesis helps realize the establishment of a newspaper group model in Vietnam by addressing obstacles to this process. However, due to the fact that the thesis researched on a new issue and all the given ideas on a future newspaper group model were mainly forecasted, its contribution is only the first step and will take time to test and further research to complete. 11.
