Summary of the results of the thesis: - The thesis is a fairly comprehensive survey of programs with informational content, consumer advice on television of Hanoi Radio and Television Station. The birth of these programs has brought about new, lively trends and improved the practical effectiveness of programs on Hanoi television. These are also television programs that vividly illustrate the trend of modern journalism, aimed at small groups of audiences, target audiences and with specialized, in-depth content. Therefore, the research and survey of television programs with this content are meaningful in both theory and practice, especially contributing significantly to the innovation and improvement of the quality of television programs as well as innovation in the management, cooperation and association of production of television programs of Hanoi Radio and Television Station. - The thesis has clearly presented the concepts of press information, information instructions, consumer advice on television, general theories related to the characteristics, features, roles and positions of information instructions, advice and consumption on television. - The thesis has surveyed and analyzed clearly the effectiveness and inadequacies of programs with information instructions, consumer advice on Hanoi television, evaluating the effectiveness of the program from different perspectives such as the perspective of managers, businesses, and the public. The effectiveness of these types of programs: useful information, interesting, practical, easy to absorb; attract the public, are programs that bring in financial revenue to help reinvest in the production of television programs for the Station while meeting the needs of product promotion for businesses.
