Secondly, it scientifically assesses the current state of the Venezuelan left-wing movement in terms of its ideological and theoretical viewpoints, its policies and strategies for economic, political, cultural, social, and foreign policy reforms, and the experiences and lessons learned in resolving economic, political, and social contradictions within the country and in international relations. Thirdly, it evaluates the national and international significance of the Venezuelan left-wing movement and the attention it receives from the international communist movement. It also examines the potential for relations between socialist countries and the Venezuelan left-wing government. Fourthly, it provides an overview of the relationship between the Vietnamese Party and State and the Venezuelan left-wing government, and proposes several policies to promote relations between Vietnam and the Venezuelan left-wing government. 11.
