Summary of the results of the thesis: From theoretical and practical issues on the press and media public, the thesis has outlined some characteristics of the Party newspaper public in the Southeast region through a survey of three newspapers: Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong. In which, it points out the advantages and limitations in the relationship between the media subject and the public - the recipient. Through analysis of the survey results, the thesis has also raised issues in the activities of Party newspapers in provinces and cities across the country in general, the provinces in the Southeast region in particular, and at the same time proposed solutions to improve the relationship between the Party newspaper and the public in the context of the diverse and rich development of the press in the 21st century. 12.
