Research on the topic "Managing content of specialized pages and revenue-generating columns on Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper" brought the following results:

• Survey and analysis of the current situation of revenue-generating pages and columns in 2019 at the two editorial offices of Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper. This is the time when local press agencies are aiming for financial autonomy according to Decree No. 43/2006/ND-CP dated April 25, 2006 of the Government regulating the right to autonomy and self-responsibility for performing tasks, organizing apparatus, staffing and finance for public service units, as well as Decree No. 16/2015/ND-CP regulating the autonomy mechanism of public service units. This requires press agencies to not only be good at propaganda but also do good economics to ensure the operation of the unit.
• Thereby, the author evaluates the advantages and difficulties in organizing and implementing revenue-generating special pages and columns on Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper; at the same time, analyzes the causes of the advantages and difficulties.
• The thesis proposes solutions for local press agencies in general and Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper in particular to have more effective communication policies and methods for revenue-generating pages and columns.

- Analysis the status of section and column with revenue in 2019 at two newspaper offices, Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper. This is the time when the regional newspaper offices are aiming to financial autonomy according to Decree No. 43/2006/ND-CP (April 25^th, 2006) of the Government about the autonomy and self-responsibility for task performance, organizational apparatus, payroll and finance of public non-business units, as well as the Decree No. 16/2015/ND-CP stipulating the mechanism for exercising the autonomy of public administrative units. This requires the local newspaper offices to be flexible to do business-journalism, not only to propagate well but also to do good economy to ensure the operation of the unit.

- Thereby, the thesis could make an assessment about the advantages and disadvantages in terms of organizing real revenue section content, revenue column content on Ap Bac Newspaper and Can Tho Newspaper.
