Firstly, the thesis clarifies the role of online newspapers in promoting Vietnamese culture for overseas Vietnamese in the current period.
Secondly, the thesis surveys, analyzes, and evaluates the current state of quality in terms of content, form, and methods of promoting Vietnamese culture for overseas Vietnamese on online newspapers in a relatively comprehensive and systematic manner.
Thirdly, the thesis proposes several solutions to improve the quality of journalistic works promoting Vietnamese culture for overseas Vietnamese on online newspapers.
