Chapter 2:The author surveyed and evaluated the current status of medical record management organization at the Central Endocrinology Hospital and concluded:The organization and management of medical records has basically received attention from the hospital's leaders, but there are still many limitations such as:Annual training has not been given on the organization and management of medical records; the equipment system in the archives has not been fully equipped; there are no forms of rewards or penalties for mistakes; electronic medical records have not been digitized or stored.
