Chapter 2: Current status and necessity of electronic records management of Vietnam Social Insurance (SI) sector.
Chapter 2 focuses on clarifying the types of electronic social insurance records of the Vietnam Social Insurance industry; the need to manage the specific records of the Vietnam Social Insurance industry; analyzing the current status of electronic social insurance records management in the Vietnam Social Insurance industry, including issues: organization and personnel for managing electronic social insurance records; facilities, technical infrastructure and financial resources for electronic record management.
