- Survey on standardization of office operations at VNU Military and Security Training Center, Hanoi. On the basis of the theoretical and legal basis for standardization of office operations presented in Chapter 1, the thesis has analyzed the situation of standardizing office activities at VNU Military and Security Training Center, Hanoi with the following contents: develop and promulgate standards for office operations; dissemination and guide standards on office operations; monitor and evaluate the implementation of standards on office operations. Thereby, analyze the achieved results, limitations and causes of the above situation.
- From the analysis and evaluation of the achieved results, limitations and causes of the standardization of office activities, a number of solutions are proposed to improve the standardization of office activities at VNU Military and Security Training Center, Hanoi in general to improve standardization of office activities in particular.
Practical applicability: The thesis contributes to adding more scientific bases to standardize office operations in Vietnam in general and VNU Military and Security Training Center, Hanoi in particular. The results of the thesis contribute to the development of orientations for other research projects with the same direction on standardization of office activities in agencies, organizations and enterprises.
