As the first thesis to conduct a relatively comprehensive study of radio broadcasting stories, the thesis has a number of new contributions as follows:
Firstly, the thesis clarifies theoretical issues about Radio Stories on the radio, such as: What are the elements of a radio story? What is the relationship between those elements? What must a radio story maker do to achieve the highest efficiency? What are the needs and abilities of modern listeners to receive radio stories?...
Second, from practical research, the thesis has evaluated the successes and limitations in using Radio Stories on the radio. This can be considered the first time there have been specific studies on the frequency - number of radio stories broadcast, broadcast time, broadcast duration, content quality, form of Radio Stories, etc. This research will help Radio and Television Stations innovate the content and form of Radio Stories in the future.
Third, the thesis points out what qualities are needed for a Radio Story writer and Radio Story performer? What are the limitations and shortcomings? From that reality, the thesis proposes ways to overcome the unreasonable points.
11. Practical application:The thesis hopes to be a reference document for reporters, editors, announcers and managers at Radio and Television stations, helping them create Radio Stories with higher quality and propaganda effectiveness.
