Party Cell III of the Headquarters Block is a special Party Cell. In addition to organizing and directing the implementation of Party Cell activities in accordance with its functions and tasks like other Party Cells, the Party Cell also performs the task of advising and assisting the Party Committee and the Board of Directors in professional matters related to the Party Cell's responsibility.
Party Cell III of the School Board currently has 16 party members (100% official party members), working in the following units: Personnel Organization Department (TCCB Department), Cooperation and Development Department (HTPT Department), Inspection and Legal Affairs Department (TTPC Department), Party and Mass Organization Offices, taking charge of many important areas of the School. Among the 16 party members, there are: 01 comrade with the title of Professor; 03 comrades with a PhD degree; 11 comrades with a Master's degree; 02 comrades with a Bachelor's degree. There is 01 comrade holding the position of Principal; 06 comrades holding the positions of Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department. In addition, many comrades also participate in Party, Trade Union, Youth Union and National Defense - Security work of the School. In addition, the Party Cell is also assigned by the Party Committee to lead the activities of the School Board's Cadre Youth Union.
The Party Cell has performed well its advisory role, assisting the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, leading and directing the functional departments: TCCB Department, HTPT Department, TTPC Department, and the Union Offices to perform well the assigned duties and responsibilities.
Solidarity, high consensus in perception and action, upholding the spirit of party members, criticism and self-criticism within the Party cell; frankly and sincerely contributing ideas to build the Party cell, Party members in the Party cell always uphold the spirit of being exemplary, positive, proactive in overcoming difficulties to complete assigned tasks. Many comrades have been awarded noble awards by the Party and the State.
In addition to the achieved results, the Congress also pointed out some limitations: some tasks were not implemented quickly and effectively; effective solutions have not been found to advise the Party Committee and the School Board to attract highly qualified staff to work at the school; the implementation of documents promoting the school's image is still slow; there are not many proposed solutions after inspections; a legal dissemination information page has not been built on the School's website.
Compared with the Resolution of the Congress for the 2017-2020 term, the Party Cell has successfully completed the set targets. The Party Cell has continuously achieved the title of a strong and clean Party Cell every year, completing its tasks excellently.
The Congress conducted the election steps to elect the Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary for the 2020-2022 term and the delegation to attend the 28th School Party Congress.
Through the Party Cell Congress, all Party members raised their sense of responsibility in contributing their opinions to the "Draft political report of the Party Executive Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities at the 28th Congress, term 2020 - 2025".
At the Congress, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated the contributions that Party Cell III - Rector Block achieved in the construction and development of the University. He emphasized: "Building the University of Social Sciences and Humanities into a research university" is a key task of the University in the coming years. To do that, it is necessary to have the participation and synchronous contributions of all departments and faculties in the University. Comrade Pham Quang Minh congratulated the Congress of Party Cell III - Rector Block on its success and the consensus and unanimity of all party members in the Party Cell.
With the high sense of responsibility of the collective of cadres and party members in the Party cell, the Congress believes that, in the 2020-2022 term, Party Cell III will excellently complete the targets presented to the Congress, contributing to the construction and development of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the future.
